Now that Summer is officially here, and temperatures are rising fast, dehydration is becoming a problem for many. It’s difficult to stay hydrated – especially with all the salty foods we consume at meal time. There are a few foods, though, that don’t just lack salt–which lends to dehydrating effects–but actually hydrate too. Here’s our top list of hydrating foods:
